TW Motor Inc is an honest car servicing workshop garage based in London and we seek to build long term relationships with our customers ranging from Corporate clients with fleet management requirements to an individual with one personal car.
We have been in the car servicing business for over 30 years, covering the West London and Central London.
How we're different?
We charge our clients a standard rate of £45 per hour.
We are upfront with our labour rates and we do not "compensate" a low labour rate by charging for more hours or for parts we do not use.
We tell you beforehand if a job is going to cost more than expected, we do not give "surprises" to our clients.
We have a pick-up and delivery service so that you do not have to take the day off just to bring your car down to us. We pick up cars for car servicing in West London and Central London.
Quality & Guarantee
We use the best quality lubricants and parts, we do not compromise when servicing your car.
We operate a 12-month guarantee on all car servicing workmanship. All car parts are also guaranteed for 6 months by the manufacturers.
We guarantee that if any service work is performed improperly, we will re-perform the work at no additional charge or replace the faulty part during the first six months or 6,000 miles (whichever comes first).
Time
We deliver within an agreed timeframe with you. If we can't deliver to your timeframe, we will tell you beforehand.
