Normally, goods are despatched within 2 working days of us receiving your order. Certain goods will be subject to availability - this will be specified in the product description. In these cases, we will contact you to let you know the delivery date.

Shipping costs for orders from our online shop depend upon the method and option you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Refunds and cancellations

Faulty or damaged goods

At TW Motor Inc we aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction, and we will replace any item that is damaged or faulty on delivery. If you encounter a fault with any product, please inform us by email and we will contact you within one working day.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date goods are delivered to you. You must notify us of your intention to cancel in writing by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

All returns must be delivered back to us in the original state of receipt in their original packaging. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receiving items.

Refund will not include the postage cost of returning items or any other carriage charges. The decision to give a refund is at our discretion. Items returned must be in a resalable condition. A handling fee may be charged. No item will be accepted as a cancellation, if the product has been used.

Special orders cannot be returned for a refund. Special orders include made to order products and special request orders.
