Refund policy
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked box in the condition supplied, within 10 working days.
On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery.
When returning - the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely;
We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal / courier service so that the parcel can be traced.
TW Motor Inc are not responsible for return postage costs.
Acceptance of an order
At all times our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.
